当館では、泥酔状態、入れ墨・タトゥーのあるお客様の大浴場・露天風呂、の利用は原則ご遠慮頂いております（プール利用も同様）。しかしながら時流を鑑み、さらには官公庁からの訓示を踏まえ、海外からの旅行者に代表される、文化・宗教・ファッションが異なるお客様の利用に対する摩擦軽減を図る方策を検討致しました。


※2023年12月1日より、入れ墨・タトゥーへのカバーシール（10㎝×14㎝）サイズ２枚で隠せるお客様においては利用を許容いたします。

多くのお客様の利便性向上の為、ご理解下さいます様宜しくお願い致します。※希望者はフロントにてお買い求めください。（カバーシール1枚２５０円）

Dear Guest ～ Information to the guest with tattoo ～

Welcome to our spa. We are glad that many guests come from all over the world and enjoy our natural hot spring & spa culture. Basically, we kindly ask the guest with tattoo to refrain from use common space spa & pool. However, a guest with small tattoo that will be covered by seal (size:10cm×14cm, within 2 sheets), will be able to use spa in our hotel.【Cover Seal (paid) ⇒ Reception】

Sorry but, a guest have big size tattoo, please use only private spa room.
